The role istailored for someone with a strong foundation in regulatory frameworks, especiallywithin the NBFC space, and the ability to translate that into robust IT governance andcontrol practices.Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Interpretation: Understand and apply NBFC-specific regulatoryrequirements within the IT governance framework.Policy Management: Create, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures,and guidelines aligned with both regulatory standards and internal mandates.Documentation Support: Draft basic IT contractual documents and supportvendor agreement terms as needed.Office Productivity: Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)effectively for documentation and reporting.Technical Understanding: Leverage your knowledge of IT applications, securityprotocols, and system architecture to underpin governance efforts.Communication: Liaise effectively across teams to coordinate governanceinitiatives, updates, and stakeholder communications.Required Skills & Qualifications• Education: Must hold a bachelor’s degree—or equivalent graduation—in anydiscipline. • Experience: 2–3 years in IT governance, compliance, or related roles, preferablyin NBFCs or regulated financial sectors.
