Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Process Analyst to join our team in a banking environment.This role involves working closely with Processing Engineering to identify and resolve challenges within the software development and implementation lifecycle, strengthen process governance, and improve the speed and quality of system rollouts.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Processing Engineering to analyze pain points across technology delivery.Strengthen process governance and improve system rollouts.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:A degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related field.2-5 years of experience in banking, technology delivery or a similar regulated environment.Strong understanding of SDLC, system implementation processes and IT governance frameworks.Proven experience in process mapping, optimization and root-cause analysis (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, etc.).Nice-to-Have QualificationsIn addition to the above requirements, it would be beneficial if you have:Exposure to Salesforce.Experience in release management, QA/test coordination or application support.Knowledge of banking regulatory requirements influencing system design and delivery.
