Job Summary:

The Examination Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all examination-related activities within the institution. The role ensures that examinations are conducted fairly, smoothly, and in compliance with academic regulations and institutional policies. The Examination Coordinator shall report to the Controller of Examinations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare the overall examination schedule (internal and external).
  • Coordinate with faculty members and departments for timely submission of question papers and examination-related data.
  • Manage logistics including seating arrangements, invigilation duty allocation, and exam materials distribution.
  • Supervise examination halls to ensure discipline and adherence to rules.
  • Address queries and concerns of students, faculty, and staff regarding examinations.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of examination papers and related documents.
  • Manage the process of evaluation, mark entry, and preparation of result sheets.
  • Handle cases of malpractice or discrepancies as per institutional norms.
  • Maintain accurate records and archives of examinations and results.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in academic administration or examination coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and examination management systems.
