**Overview**: The position of Quality Control (QC) Fresher plays a crucial role in ensuring the products meet the required quality standards. They are responsible for inspecting, testing, and assessing the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to maintain high standards of production and quality control.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Perform quality control inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
Document and report quality issues or non-conformances.
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards for quality control.
Conduct and participate in internal audits and process reviews.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes.
Identify and troubleshoot quality issues.
Prepare and maintain quality control documentation and records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement.
Adhere to safety and quality protocols and procedures.
Participate in training programs related to quality control.
**Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Chemistry, Biology, or Food Science.
Knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office and quality management software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
