Position OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven specialist to join our team at HindiMilap.com. This role focuses exclusively on selling direct digital advertising solutions while working collaboratively with our existing internal sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new digital advertising revenue streams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between digital and traditional advertising efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Sales & Revenue GenerationIdentify, prospect, and acquire new clients for digital advertising opportunities on HindiMilap.comDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly digital ad revenue targetsCreate customized digital advertising proposals including display ads, sponsored content, newsletter placements, and other digital formatsNegotiate pricing, contracts, and campaign terms with clientsMaintain and grow existing digital advertising client relationshipsClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for all digital advertising clientsConduct regular client meetings to understand business objectives and advertising needsProvide exceptional customer service and ensure high client satisfaction ratesHandle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionallyDevelop long-term partnerships with key digital advertising clientsCross-Team CoordinationCollaborate closely with the internal sales and marketing team to identify cross-selling opportunitiesCoordinate integrated campaigns that combine both digital and print advertising elementsShare market insights and client feedback with internal teams to improve overall service deliveryEnsure consistent messaging and brand experience across all advertising channelsCampaign Management & DeliveryWork with technical and content teams to ensure proper implementation of digital ad campaignsMonitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to clientsOptimize campaigns based on performance metrics and client feedbackEnsure all digital advertisements meet quality standards and brand guidelinesManage campaign timelines and deliverables to meet client expectationsMarket DevelopmentResearch and analyze digital advertising market trends and competitive landscapeIdentify new digital advertising opportunities and revenue streamsAttend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows as neededContribute to the development of digital advertising packages and pricing strategiesRequired QualificationsExperience & SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field2-4 years of experience in digital advertising sales, media sales, or related fieldProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of digital advertising formats, metrics, and best practicesExcellent negotiation and closing skillsTechnical KnowledgeFamiliarity with digital marketing concepts (CPM, CPC, CTR, conversion tracking)Understanding of website analytics and campaign performance measurementKnowledge of programmatic advertising and ad serving platforms (preferred)Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertisingPersonal AttributesExcellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi and EnglishStrong relationship-building and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with ability to work independentlyResults-oriented with strong attention to detailTeam player with collaborative mindsetPreferred QualificationsExperience in Indian digital media landscapeKnowledge of Hindi content market and audience preferencesPrevious experience coordinating with print media teamsFamiliarity with content management systems and web publishingExperience with integrated marketing campaigns
