The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment operations, interview coordination, and placement cell support.Location: Trivandrum (Preferred)Employment Type: Full-timeWorking Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PMWorking Days: 6 days a weekExperience: Freshers are welcomeKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social platforms, and referralsSchedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managersSupport in conducting HR rounds and follow-upsMaintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and placement reportsCoordinate with companies for student/candidate placementsAssist in organizing placement drives, job fairs, and follow-up activitiesEnsure excellent communication and smooth candidate experienceSupport end-to-end hiring activities as neededRequired QualificationsMBA (HR) or any relevant degreeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of recruitment processes is an advantageFreshers with good communication skills are encouraged to applyWhy Join UsReal-time experience in talent acquisition and placement operationsGrowth-oriented HR environmentOpportunity to build strong industry connections
