Junior Recruiter(Freshers)

Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Kurnool. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels. Screening Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation by senior recruiters or hiring managers. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process. Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience. Database Management: Update and maintain the recruitment database with candidate details and progress. Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates. Market Research: Conduct research on local employment trends and talent pools to support recruitment strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and refine recruitment processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in recruitment or a strong interest in talent acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
