Job Title:Talent Acquisition Manager Experience:10+ Years Location:Baroda Job Overview: We are seeking an experiencedTalent Acquisition Managerwith a strong background inEPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)hiring. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment, leading a team, and driving strategic hiring initiatives to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage thefull-cycle recruitment processfor EPC and related technical functions. Develop and implementrecruitment strategiesto attract top talent across engineering, project management, procurement, and construction domains. Manage, mentor, and motivate a recruitment team , ensuring delivery excellence and timely closures. Partner withbusiness stakeholders and hiring managersto understand manpower requirements and deliver effective hiring solutions. Manage and build strong relationships withvendors, recruitment partners, and consultantsto ensure seamless coordination. Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Drive initiatives foremployer branding, talent mapping, and pipeline developmentfor critical roles. Required Skills & Qualifications: MBA in Human Resources / Managementfrom a recognized institute. Minimum10 years of experienceinTalent Acquisition , preferably within theEPC / Engineering / Infrastructureindustry. Strong exposure tomass hiring, niche technical hiring , andleadership hiring . Proven expertise inteam management, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination . Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency inATS systems, job portals, and social media recruiting tools .
