Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee/Intern to join our recruitment team. As an HR Trainee/Intern, you will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Assist in using job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates. Candidate Screening: Support in reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and shortlisting suitable candidates. Interview Coordination: Help schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Job Posting: Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and addressing inquiries. Database Management: Update and maintain candidate records in the recruitment database. Recruitment Research: Stay informed about industry trends and assist in identifying areas for process improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or in progress). Interest in pursuing a career in HR or talent acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
