About the role: Your job is to - mine TikTok for winning patterns, distill them into repeatable formats, onboard and deploy UGC creators globally across our multi-account strategy, run production and posting end-to-end, then keep iterating until installs and revenue jump.

About Company: Viral Labs is a consulting firm that engineers viral content for global consumer companies. Viral content is a science and we understand the mechanics behind it. We use this to engineer viral outcomes for our clients, who are apps like Flo, Polymarket, Daydream etc.

What will you be responsible for:

We have figured out playbooks to execute predictable viral campaigns. Your job will be to 1. understand the playbook and 2. Implement these projects by :

  • Crafting the strategy
  • Onboarding and training the UGC creators.
  • Identifying viral formats and hooks.
  • Producing content across multiple creators/accounts.
  • Managing creators and driving outcomes (viral videos & conversions).
  • Preparing and sending daily, weekly reports.

Who is a right fit for this:

  • You have scaled IG / TikTok accounts yourself.
  • You have viral videos under your belt (1M+).
  • You are Gen Z and very in tune with whats trending globally.

Requirements:

  • Like systems and familiar with - Clickup, Notion, Google Sheets.
  • Built content pages or worked on high-performance short-form teams.
  • Know how to edit on capcut / VN / Inshorts.
