Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram

Working Model: In-office (2-3 WFH days per month)

Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays

Timings: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible)

Budget: 3.5 - 4 LPA (depending on experience)

Experience: 1-5 years preferred in graphic design, visual communication, or creative direction (video editing & motion graphics a plus)

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to lead the development of visual content across multiple brands. The role demands strong design skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create engaging, high-quality work that aligns with each brand's identity. The ideal candidate will be imaginative, trend-aware, and capable of managing multiple projects seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Direction

  • Develop high-quality creatives for digital, social, print, and campaign assets
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, and visual styles
  • Ensure all designs align with brand tone and guidelines

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

  • Design and edit engaging content tailored for digital platforms
  • Work on animations and motion graphics to enhance campaigns
  • Maintain quality standards and deliver projects within timelines

Collaboration & Feedback

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of design strategies
  • Incorporate feedback from social media teams and clients promptly
  • Mentor and guide junior designers/interns when required

Execution & Delivery

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets across campaigns
  • Stay updated on design software, tools, and emerging creative formats

What You'll Bring

  • Fluency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (must)
  • Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Skills in motion graphics and animation
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Canva (basic)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Socially active and trend-savvy with strong visual communication skills
  • Team collaboration and time management skills
  • Must have own laptop
