Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in New Delhi. The Operations Exicutive will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, manage daily air and sea freight activities. The candidate will coordinate with overseas agents, negotiate rates, handle shipment documentation, and ensure smooth movement of shipments from origin to final delivery Key Responsibilities • Coordinate daily air & sea shipments (import/export). • Negotiate freight rates with overseas agents. • Coordinate with local vendors, transporters, customs brokers, and warehouses. • Prepare and file IGM, send pre-alerts to clients, and arrange Delivery Orders. • Manage shipment dispatch, tracking, and timely deliveries. • Handle all shipment documents (AWB/BL, invoices, packing list, arrival notice). • Communicate shipment updates to clients and resolve operational issues. • Maintain records and support billing/costing. Requirements • 1–3 years experience in freight forwarding operations. • Knowledge of import/export documentation & customs process. • Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in Excel and email communication.
