**We are Hiring an Operations Executive(M)**
Location: Green Park, Delhi
Experience: 2+ Years
**Salary**: up to INR 35,000
Qualification: MBA / Graduate
Interview Mode: Face to Face
**Key responsibilities**:
1. Manage operational processes to ensure efficient operations and customer experience
2. Streamline process flows and improves customer service
3. Build processes to implement operational and customer service improvements
4. Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
5. Collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure consistent customer service
6. Collating issuance-related feedback on a regular basis from the stakeholders.
7. Work with different departments(Hospitals / Vendors/ Internal Department) to execute the projects.
8. Oversees day-to-day operations of the company.
9. Create detailed documents/ reports to share with stakeholders.
10. Assist HR Department with recruiting whenever necessary.
11. Communicating with top management to develop strategic operations goals.
**13. Should be comfortable with travelling according to requirements.**
**14. Should be presentable and have good communication skills**
**15. Prior Experience with the medical / Healthcare industry will a plus**
