This role is critical in driving agency profitability, ensuring accurate billing, and strengthening relationships with media partners.Key Responsibilities1. Commercial Negotiations & Vendor ManagementNegotiate deals with publishers, affiliate partners, OTT, programmatic, and third-party vendorsSecure better rates, bonus inventory, credit lines, and commercial incentivesManage annual/quarterly negotiations for volume discounts & rate cardsCollaborate with media teams on commercial viability for new partners2. Agency Revenue & Margin OptimizationIdentify margin expansion opportunitiesEnsure accurate application of markups, client commissions, and incentivesDrive strategies to improve agency profitability on spends3. Billing & OperationsOversee PO/IO creation, verification, and trackingCo-ordinate with Accounts to ensure accurate and timely client invoicingValidate vendor invoices with campaign data (Meta/Google dashboards)Ensure smooth month-end closures and documentation4. Reconciliation & AuditMatch platform spends vs vendor invoicesIdentify discrepancies and resolve with vendorsMaintain detailed recon sheets for large-scale budgetsWork closely with Finance on audits5.
