Roles & Responsibilities :


• Manage and control the documentation and drawings for architectural design

projects


• Ensure all project documents are properly organized, stored, and easily accessible


• Coordinate with project team members to collect and distribute project documents


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project documents


• Ensure all project documents are properly reviewed and approved


• Implement document control procedures to ensure compliance with company

standards


• Assist in the development and maintenance of document control systems


• Provide training and support to project team members on document control

processes


• Generate regular reports on document control activities and status


• Ensure confidentiality and security of all project documents

Desired Candidate Profile:


• Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture,


• Qualifications: Relevant certifications in architecture and technology.


• Industry of Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in architecture and design.


• Language Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.


• Technical and Hard Skills: Strong understanding of software architecture principles

and patterns, experience with REVIT is a BIG Plus.


• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability to

work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Personal Qualities and Physical Abilities: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask

and manage competing priorities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
