A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled Accountant to manage financial records, handle daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally, Zoho Books or QuickBooks.
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries including receipts, payments, sales, purchases and journal entries.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts and customer accounts.
- Manage accounts payable & receivable, including invoicing and credit control.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS and other statutory filings in coordination with external agencies.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for management review.
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow management and reporting.
- Support documentation for property transactions and agreements as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting.
- 5-15 years of accounting experience preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel and accounting tools.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
