This role involves working with leading insurance clients, managing large programs, and bringing innovation and transformation to business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategy implementation, product/service design, and client engagement, preferably with US-based P&C insurance clients.Title: Delivery ManagerJob Location: Noida Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or related field is strongly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Drive account-level P&L, revenue, margin, and operational metrics.Lead client relationships, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities.Support sales and delivery teams with proposals and domain offerings.Oversee project and program delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.Manage performance, career development, and team engagement.Plan and manage resource utilization and staffing readiness.Identify training needs and promote knowledge sharing through whitepapers and articles.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align delivery with strategic goals.Ensure compliance with client SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory standards.Drive innovation and continuous improvement across delivery processes.Monitor account health and proactively address risks and escalations.Represent the organization in client governance and strategic planning forums.Skills Required:Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance domain, especially P&C.Proven track record in managing large accounts and delivery programs.Strong understanding of business transformation and product/service design.Experience in client management, sales support, and strategic planning.Hands-on experience with Agile, SCRUM, and change management.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred experience with US-based P&C insurance clients.Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory frameworks, and market trends.Experience in building and scaling delivery teams across geographies.Proficiency in using analytics and insights to drive business decisions.
