With a clean UI and lightning-fast APIs, Nubra empowers traders to operate at scale while ensuring reliability and compliance.About the RoleWe are hiring a Customer Support Executive with proven experience in broking/trading customer support. You will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for resolving trade and order-related queries and ensuring a seamless experience on Nubra’s trading platform.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle client queries on orders, trades, and accounts via calls, emails, and chat.Assist clients with account opening, KYC, and onboarding.Provide real-time support for trading platform issues (equity, F&O, commodities, currency).Escalate complex technical issues to the trading desk or product team.Educate clients on product features and platform navigation.Ensure compliance by guiding clients on regulatory processes.Maintain proper records of all client interactions and close queries within SLAs.Required Skills3–5 years of experience in customer support in a broking/trading firm (mandatory).Strong knowledge of trading platforms (e.G., NEST, ODIN, NOW, Kite, Upstox, Angel One).Understanding of capital markets, derivatives, and order types.Excellent verbal and written communication in English (regional language a plus).Ability to handle pressure during market hours.QualificationsGraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.NISM certifications (preferred, not mandatory).
