Gather and share customer feedback to help improve products and services.Merchandising & Store Management Ensure proper display of products and maintain planogram standards for maximum visibility. Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely refilling of shelves to avoid stock-outs. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of product display areas and promotional setups.Reporting & Coordination Coordinate with the sales team to share updates on stock status, sales performance, and market issuesPrepare daily/weekly reports on sales, promotions, and customer interactions.Provide actionable insights and feedback to management for strategic planning.
