We are seeking a highly skilled DTP Specialist to join our team and contribute to the efficient and accurate conversion of printed documents into digital formats in right to left languages. As a DTP Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our digital content.

It is preferable to be able to read and write in Arabic language.

Job Discription:

  1. Good skills in right to left language DTP on Adobe InDesign, Ms-Word and PPT and other DTP softwares.
  2. Ability to understand Arabic language will be preferable.
  3. Experience in right to left formatting work in asian bi-di languages like Arabic, Farsi, Hebrew etc.
  6. Expertise in Communication: The candidate should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Effective communication is crucial for conveying messages clearly, collaborating with colleagues, and engaging with stakeholders.
  8. Communication skill rating should be 4 or 4+ out of 5: The job description specifies that the candidate should have a rating of 4 or 4+ in both in English written and verbal communication. This role may involve managing and leading multiple communication projects simultaneously. This requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  1. It is preferable to be able to read and write in Arabic language.
  2. Ability to meet fast turn around time.
  3. Experience – 2 to 4 years
  5. Shift – Day Shift (11.30 AM – 8.30 PM India time) .

Candidates Experience:

  1. All candidates should understand the PC/Windows/MAC environment, knowledge of email, MS - Office and the Internet.
  2. Experience of using networks, other platforms, and any other application knowledge.
  3. Read and Write Arabic language will be the first priority in recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

RTL DTP Formatting: Accurately format documents containing right-to-left languages using desktop publishing (DTP) software.

Quality Assurance: Carefully review and edit DTP output to correct errors, inconsistencies, and formatting issues, ensuring proper right-to-left text flow.

Image Pre-processing: Prepare images for DTP by enhancing their quality, removing noise, and correcting distortions, paying special attention to elements that might affect right-to-left text layout.

Data Validation: Verify the accuracy and completeness of formatted text against original documents, ensuring proper rendering of right-to-left scripts.

File Conversion: Convert documents into various digital formats, such as PDF, Word, or InDesign files, as needed, maintaining right-to-left formatting.

Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot DTP errors related to right-to-left languages and implement solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest DTP technologies and best practices for right-to-left language support.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in RTL DTP processing and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in using industry standard DTP software (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator) with strong right-to-left language support.
  • Strong knowledge of document formats and conversion techniques, especially concerning right-to-left scripts.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
