JCDC Sports Pvt. Ltd, a mobile gaming company, established in 2022 by an Indian international cricketer, Mr. Deepak Chaahar and veteran media professional turned tech entrepreneur Mrs. Jaya Chaahar. Role Overview :
As a Product Manager at TFG, you will lead the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver a high performing, engaging platform that enhances user experience and drives growth in the competitive fantasy gaming landscape.
Who You Are :
As a product manager, you should be proficient in managing sprints and prioritizing feature launches for the development team. You are additionally a skilled data analyst who is able to take up revenue and user growth targets. You are a creative thinker who excels at working with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products.
You have a talent for breaking down challenges, driving collaboration, and ensuring timely, high-quality product delivery. You should be very good in collaboration and managerial skills (specially operational activities),
You should have a good understanding of payment systems in real money gaming and other financial sectors.
You have the ability to write SQL queries for data analysis and insights.
You are Capable of making revenue projections for proposed features/games.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Strategy and Vision :
- Define and communicate a long-term product vision aligned with TFG's strategic goals.
- Build and manage the product roadmap, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and alignment.
Data-Driven Decision Making :
- Creating data models using SQL, optimizing customer acquisition strategies and helping to reduce CAC on the platform.
- Project and measure revenue impacts of new features or games.
- Utilize analytics tools like CleverTap, Tableau, and Google Analytics to derive actionable insights.
Collaboration and Execution :
- Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements for engineering and design teams.
- Oversee sprints, prioritize feature launches, and manage operational activities to meet deadlines.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products with quick time-to-market.
User-Centric Focus :
- Identify user gaps and innovate to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Strategize daily fantasy contests and collaborate with operations to align with business goals.
Process Optimization :
- Identify opportunities for automation and integrate third-party solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure robust processes for identifying and resolving product bugs.
Key Skills required :
- Hard Skills : SQL, BigQuery, NoSQL, Tableau, JIRA, Python, Google Analytics, CleverTap, Appsflyer, Whimsical, Google Tag Manager, Hadoop, GA4, A/B Testing.
- Soft Skills: Strong data-handling skills, Product Strategy, Product Vision, Product Management, Critical Thinking, Agile, Product Analytics, Feature Definition, Go-To-Market, User Centric, Leadership and exceptional communication skills.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's in Computer Applications is must.
Experience :
- 3-5 years in product management, preferably in gaming, streaming, or real-money gaming platforms.
- Prior experience building fantasy sports applications is a strong plus.
- Experience in a founder's office or similar entrepreneurial settings is advantageous.
- Expertise with project management tools like JIRA.
