The Role
We're seeking a highly competent and driven Product Management Consultant to join our team part-time initially. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning end-to-end product definition and execution of a new product, translating our vision into a focused product strategy, roadmap, and feature set, and overseeing product development from conception to release of an MVP to market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature set
  • Internalize the business domain deeply, understand the market, perform product discovery, competitive analysis, etc., and help deliver a winning product
  • Collaborate with the founding team to conceptualize the product and then execute in partnership with an Outsourced Product Development (OPD) vendor

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager
  • Startup experience important, including conceptualizing and building a product from scratch
  • B2C or B2B2C experience is a must
  • Experience building marketplaces would be highly desirable
  • Proven ability to develop a product vision, product strategy, product roadmap along with a detailed product backlog and feature definitions
  • Technical background with strong experience in software development, web technologies, and AI/ML and Generative AI
  • Agile/SCRUM experience important
  • Self-motivated and self-starter, highly mission-driven
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • Location is flexible
