Job Description
The Technical Lead will be an integral part of our Product Management team at Clifford Chance. The role involves identifying business needs, prioritizing Epics/Features, and ensuring timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the vision and roadmap for our portfolio of products.
- Prioritize and refine the product backlog to help teams move forward.
- Balancing customer needs and managing vendors/partners to ensure efficient operations.
- Supporting product strategy derivation from business needs and educating the Product team on prioritization.
- Managing non-functional requirements and collaborating with service management teams.
- Participating in Program Increments and fostering a collaborative environment between Development/Test and Product Management teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Total 8+yrs experience in IT, with 3-5 years in supporting HR & learning suits of application.
- Strong working knowledge of Core HCM, Business Process Configuration, Security Administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to facilitate communication among teams.
- Experience with Lean Agile Framework like SAFe and proficiency in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Core HCM configurations.
