Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Team Management
  • Manage and track field sales executives & vendor onboarding teams.
  • Design and execute on-ground sales activations, BTL marketing, and rural campaigns.
  • Conduct training sessions for the field sales team to improve conversion rates.
Marketing Operations & Performance Tracking
  • Set up marketing dashboards, campaign analytics, and reporting structures.
  • Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Work on pricing strategies, promotional offers, and customer engagement plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience in B2C/B2B industries (AgriTech, FMCG, SaaS, or similar domains preferred).
  • A strong understanding of brand marketing, digital marketing, and field sales operations.
  • Experience in managing marketing & sales teams and setting performance KPIs.
  • The ability to analyze data and make marketing decisions based on insights.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, SEO, PPC, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • A fast learner with a growth mindset who can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
