This is an opportunity for seasoned consultants with a client-facing pedigree from leading firms or deep expertise in technology and innovation strategy within industrial sectors.Important: Please apply ONLY if you meet one of the following criteria:Have direct, client-facing consulting experience at a top-tier firm (BCG, McKinsey, Bain, etc.)Have deep expertise in business and non-IT technology strategy or innovation roadmapping within the industrial sector (mining, chemicals, manufacturing, etc.)Roles that are purely research-based or back-office in nature will not be considered. What You BringExperience:4+ years in top-tier strategy consulting or innovation/tech strategy in industrial sectorsExperience with technology strategy and roadmapping is a strong plusEducation:Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) with strong academicsMBAs from top Indian institutions (IIMs, ISB, etc.) or engineering degrees from IITs/NITs/IIITs preferredSkills:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling abilitiesExcellent PowerPoint and executive presentation skills; Excel proficiency a plusOutstanding verbal and written English communicationMindset:Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguityA passion for breakthrough thinking and meaningful impactAbility to work fluidly across time zones and cultures Who You AreYou’re more than your resume.
