PW MedEd is looking for a Strategy Associate Manager to join our growing team and help shape the next generation of medical education. About the RoleAs a Strategy Associate Manager (MBBS/BDS), you’ll play a crucial role in understanding NEET PG/FMGE aspirants’ journeys, gathering insights, and driving innovative initiatives to enhance learning outcomes and engagement.You’ll collaborate closely with the Strategy Manager, faculty members, and cross-functional teams to innovate content, improve student experiences, and build faculty brands across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Contribution & Product InnovationMap student journeys and identify core challenges across NEET PG/FMGE segments (repeaters, freshers, FMGs).Propose actionable solutions for content improvement, app experience, and GTM strategies.Design and launch product innovations and pilot initiatives.Build dashboards and real-time feedback loops from student touchpoints (app, YouTube, Telegram).2. Faculty Brand Building & Social GrowthCollaborate with faculty to enhance their presence on Instagram and YouTube.Create personal brand strategies, track engagement metrics, and optimize performance.Execute faculty collaborations and viral content campaigns.3. Student Engagement & Community InitiativesManage Telegram communities to offer academic and emotional support.Launch campaigns around key exam milestones and organize online discussions and events.4. YouTube & Content StrategyContribute to YouTube planning, ideation, and performance tracking.Suggest content hooks, thumbnails, and topics aligned with student search trends.5. Feedback Collection & AnalysisConduct surveys, focus groups, and student interviews to gather actionable insights.Present findings and recommendations to product and content teams.6. Process OptimizationAudit the student journey and identify areas for improvement in content discovery and support.Propose SOPs for a seamless learner experience. QualificationsMBBS or BDS degree is mandatory.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset and comfort working with data.Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is a plus.Willingness to connect with 10–15 students weekly (via call or Google Meet).
