Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Bangalore team at Aakash Educational Services Limited. The position is full-time, catering to the HR needs of our dynamic organization. The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. This role demands an experienced professional who can effectively manage employee relations, influence talent management, and reinforce performance management across functions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive experience of 7-10 years in HR, with a comprehensive understanding of human resource practices essential for effective business partnering.
  • Employee Relations proficiency (Mandatory skill) to foster a positive and engaging workplace environment.
  • Proven Talent Management skills (Mandatory skill) to ensure optimal talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Strong Performance Management skills (Mandatory skill) to align employee activities with organizational goals and objectives.
  • HR Compliance expertise to manage and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Organizational Development capabilities to support strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing corporate culture and performance.
  • Strategic Planning skills to effectively align HR strategies with organizational goals and business objectives.
  • Change Management proficiency to lead HR-centric initiatives that facilitate and drive change within the organization.
  • Experience with Management Information Systems (MIS) to efficiently manage and utilize HR data and reports.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic partnership and counsel to business leaders on human resource management and organizational development activities.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with corporate objectives to drive employee engagement and organizational success.
  • Collaborate with leadership to address complex employee relations issues, ensuring a balanced and fair approach.
  • Lead talent management processes, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee performance management system execution, ensuring employee goals align with strategic company objectives.
  • Ensure HR compliance with all regulatory and legal standards, and manage HR policies and procedures.
  • Promote and facilitate organizational changes that drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize HR data to report and analyze human capital metrics, driving informed management decisions.
  • Mentor and guide HR team members in developing their skills and career paths within the organization.
