Job Title: HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acts as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all HR-related matters for a specific business unit.
  • Supports people managers and employees at all levels with their growth and development, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Manages employee relations and performance management, goal setting, and talent reviews to drive high performance across the business unit.
  • Ensures effective communication and grievances management among employees, addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Leverages change initiatives within the business, ensuring smooth transitions and employee alignment with new processes or structures.
  • Collaborates with the HR team and BU leader to design innovative employee engagement programs that enhance Employee Satisfaction (E-SAT).
  • Develops and implements performance assessment and development frameworks, driving timely goal setting, performance review, and performance development plans.
  • Provides strategic HR guidance to BU leadership on employee aspects, contributing to a high-performance and rewarding culture.
  • Conducts various employee connections, including one-on-one meetings, skip-level meetings, focus groups, town halls, and policy debriefs.
  • Establishes process relationships and early warning systems to minimize critical attrition losses through innovative communication and recognition programs.
  • Fosters strong relationships with internal stakeholders and employees to effectively implement people engagement practices and HR policies.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics to recommend HR best practices.
  • Works closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and retention.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date people-related data, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • 6-9 years' experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP).
  • MBA in Human Resources or Master's in Social Work (MSW), or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental HR practices and policies.
  • Employee-centric approach and values.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
