Who Can Apply?

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR business partnering, talent management, or HR strategy.
- Skills Required:Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
- Ability to implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Strong understanding of HR analytics, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Experience in training & development, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools such as HRMS, ATS, and payroll systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR matters.
- Talent Management: Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and career development programs.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisals, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and implement training programs.
- HR Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to improve HR processes and workforce planning.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Foster an inclusive workplace culture and promote diversity initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership teams to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
