Role Overview
The Executive-Human Resources is a critical role within our organization, responsible for managing various HR processes, including payroll, employee changes, and compliance. This individual will oversee payroll input, manage the payroll process, and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll information.

Key Responsibilities
The Executive-Human Resources will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Payroll administration, including payroll input and validation of payroll information.
  • Management of employee changes in the HRIS system, including hiring, termination, promotions, data changes, and leave of absence.
  • Response to employment verifications and other people-related data requests from employees.
  • Ownership of the insurance charter across the organization, including coordination with insurance vendors and stakeholders.
  • Implementation of the HR ops knowledge base (SOPs) and development of documentation for the HR Ops Team.
  • Collaboration with external providers, HRIS, and Engineering to automate repeatable processes.
  • Proactive resolution of common issues through better use of processes and technology.
