- We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager - B2C who will drive business development for our software application products and solutions.

- This role requires a proactive and motivated individual with a knack for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

- Empathy: Ability to understand and connect with the field sales process, especially during society demos.

- Ability: Adaptability to evolving business requirements.

- Weekend Availability: Comfortable working on weekends (Saturday & Sunday mandatory), with a weekday off on Monday.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving Graduation/Post Graduation in any field.

- 2-5 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork on a daily basis and must be well aware of locations

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate and promote product features, emphasizing their value to prospective clients.

- Meet with committee members of housing societies to understand their needs and expectations.

- Identify, educate, qualify, and generate interest in sales opportunities.

- Onboard new residential communities onto the platform, ensuring a smooth transition.

- Research potential leads through market exploration, web searches, and other digital resources.
