Territory Sales Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth in the Mumbai territory by executing marketing activities, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Mumbai territory and target segment
* Maintain coordination with clients, architects, builders, contractors, and PMCs for project information and specifications
* Independently manage accounts while tracking development activities and providing regular performance reports
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, helping them troubleshoot and resolve bottlenecks
* Provide technical support and assistance to customers in understanding substrates, applications, products, and systems, as well as the latest technologies
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the construction and allied industry
* Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to negotiate, establish, and administer relationships
* Proven performer with demonstrated excellence in their career journeys
* Strong project management skills, including developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and delivering results
* Ability to adapt to new places and build a rapport with people from other organizations
