Job Summary:

Triton Logistics & Maritime Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The role is critical to executing marketing strategies across events, digital platforms, client communications, brand awareness campaigns, internal branding, and lead-generation activities – both in domestic and international markets. You will work closely with the Marketing Head, Content Executives, and external stakeholders to position Triton as a thought leader in the logistics and maritime sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event & Client Engagement

• Assist in planning and executing domestic and international exhibitions, conferences, and sponsorships.
• Coordinate logistics and collateral for WCA, GFS, International Confex , and other client engagement events.
• Co-manage client referral programs , agent dinners , and webinars with prospective and existing clients.
• Manage international and domestic email marketing campaigns focused on services, rates, and event announcements.

2. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

• Plan and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter , and Google My Business .
• Optimize Triton's SEO , monitor website health , and handle Google audits and paid backlink strategies .
• Execute social media campaigns to drive engagement for Triton and its podcast brand TriNext .
• Ensure updated, relevant content is pushed through external newsletters and blogs.

3. Content Creation & Communication

• Create or co-develop case studies , emailers , service/industry videos , PPTs , and marketing collaterals .
• Regularly update Triton's corporate presentations by service and industry.
• Assist in drafting internal/external email communications and festive campaigns .
• Lead feedback initiatives with clients, agents, and internal stakeholders.

4. Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership

• Support external visibility initiatives for senior leadership, including short-form videos , studio interviews , and guest lectures .
• Co-develop content for award nominations , podcast collaborations , and speaking engagements .
• Contribute to initiatives like Trinext Annual Market Report , Trinext Ambassador Program , and whitepapers .

5. Internal Branding & Employee Engagement

• Drive internal campaigns such as TriOne Dock-In , print newsletters , and office branding .
• Conduct training workshops , tutorial videos , and employee interviews for branding.
• Assist in organizing corporate gifting , welcome kits , and festive celebration content .

6. Reporting, Coordination & Strategy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, HR, operations, and design.
• Provide input on marketing audits – brand guidelines , website , email communication , and collaterals .
• Measure and report performance of digital campaigns and suggest improvements.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of B2B marketing , event marketing , and content strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media analytics , SEO tools , email marketing platforms , and Zoho One.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva; knowledge of video editing is a plus
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask across multiple projects
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
