Title: SaaS Implementation/Onboarding Analyst

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: Up to 18 LPA

Working Days: 5-day week ( 2 days WFO & 3 days WFH)

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Perks: Both side cabs provided, meals available in office

Interview Mode: Virtual


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, collaborating with clients to understand needs and configure solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and address any technical or process challenges to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Conduct process analysis and recommend workflow improvements using technology.
  • Provide expert guidance, product demonstrations, training sessions, and ongoing support to client teams during and after deployment.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user instructions.
  • Act as a technical advisor, troubleshooting issues and optimizing solutions for client requirements.
  • Track project progress and profitability, identifying areas for automation and efficiency.
  • Serve as a mentor to new team members, sharing best practices.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years in project implementation, customer management, or technology consulting roles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in configuring and deploying technology solutions.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, workflow diagrams, and general productivity tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work independently and resolve issues proactively.
  • Comfortable with virtual meetings and online collaboration tools.
