About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce Associate to manage and grow our presence on AWS Marketplace . In this role, you will be responsible for executing go-to-market strategies, managing listings, driving revenue, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success in the cloud marketplace ecosystem.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in SaaS, cloud marketplaces , and B2B marketing to make a significant impact in a fast-growing tech company.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Strategy & Execution

  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of our SaaS product listings on AWS Marketplace
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal teams to maintain and optimize listings
  • Ensure timely updates for pricing, SKUs, and product features

Business Development

  • Identify and engage potential customers and partners through the AWS ecosystem
  • Drive co-selling initiatives and joint campaigns with AWS
  • Leverage AWS co-op funds and partner programs

Operational Management

  • Handle contracts, billing, usage tracking, and compliance for AWS Marketplace listings
  • Ensure accurate operational reporting and process efficiency

Revenue Growth & Reporting

  • Track KPIs, revenue performance, and ROI from marketplace channels
  • Prepare forecasts and identify new growth opportunities

Process Optimization

  • Develop and implement scalable processes for managing multiple marketplace listings and versions
  • Improve the customer purchase experience across cloud platforms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing , business development, or GTM roles
  • Direct experience with AWS Marketplace and its procurement models (subscriptions, contracts, private offers)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, B.Com, or BBM in Marketing or Business
  • Prior experience with Azure Marketplace or Google Cloud Marketplace
  • Experience in a Sales Ops or Revenue Ops role within a SaaS environment
