The role involves coordination with transporters, fabricators, site teams, and the billing department to ensure timely and accurate material movement and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Logistics In-charge in booking transporter vehicles for the Gurugram regionCoordinate loading and unloading of vehicles from fabricator to project siteEnsure vehicle weighing at the weighbridge and maintain recordsPrepare and manage challans and other logistics-related documentationPlan and review material dispatches as per BOQ (Bill of Quantities)Participate in dispatch coordination meetings and share updates with managementPrepare material lists and coordinate with the Billing Manager for invoice and e-way bill generationKey Skills & CompetenciesBasic knowledge of logistics and transportation processesGood coordination and communication skillsUnderstanding of challans, invoices, and e-way billsAbility to manage multiple dispatches and follow timelinesBasic documentation and record-keeping skillsCandidates can also mail their CVs to sumit.kalra@talentcorner.in
