As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales and enhancing the overall digital presence of our brand. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of our e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and meet revenue targets.
- Manage the company's e-commerce website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversion.
- Oversee inventory management, including product listings, stock levels, and order fulfillment.
- Analyze sales data and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, and customer service, to ensure operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Amazon.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using tools like Google Analytics or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for e-commerce and digital innovation.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
