This role involves market research, due diligence, negotiation, and managing the integration of the acquired entity or asset. Key responsibilities include developing acquisition of Hydro Projects, strategies, analyzing financial performance, coordinating cross-functional teams (like legal and finance), and ensuring the successful execution of deals from start to finishQualificationsProject Acquisition, secure new assets in HydroExperience in Hydro Projects acquisition, in India and CG.Good understanding of Hydro Projects, successful completion of deal.Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to work on-site in Raipur, or any where in India.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fieldExperience in the energy or hydro sector is a plus
