About Role

We are looking for a motivated
Project Manager
to lead and execute
Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) Skill Development Training under MSME schemes
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing government skill development projects and working with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage EDP training programs under MSME guidelines.
  • Coordinate with government officials, training partners, and internal teams.
  • Supervise mobilization, training delivery, and reporting activities.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure achievement of targets.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports and documentation as per scheme requirements.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Commerce, Development Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Skill Development / EDP / MSME projects.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and project reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
