Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our prestigious real estate projects in Naya Raipur. The candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction projects from inception to completion within budget and timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to achieve project goals.
  • Manage site activities, including labor, subcontractors, material procurement, and quality control.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and resolve on-site issues.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare progress reports and assist in project scheduling and resource planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (MBA in Real Estate preferred).
  • 1015 years of experience in building construction/project management.
  • Proven track record of executing residential township/villa projects from planning to finishing stages.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
