We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our growing team. This role requires a proactive and technically sound professional who can manage and coordinate multiple software development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management capabilities, a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Define scope, set deadlines, and delegate tasks efficiently to development and QA teams.
  • Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence for project tracking, sprint planning, and task management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and communicate progress.
  • Ensure all technical deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks proactively.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with the team.
  • Allocate and manage internal and external resources to maximize productivity.
  • Maintain a clear project roadmap, backlog, and documentation for transparency and clarity.
  • Continuously assess and improve project workflows and delivery processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in project management within a technical or software development environment.
  • Solid hands-on knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proven experience using Jira for tracking and managing development tasks and sprints.
  • Good understanding of .NET framework, SQL, and Angular, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team coordination.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage conflict, and drive accountability.
  • A go-getter attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and handling stakeholder communications.
