 - The HRBP acts as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, proactively assessing and anticipating HR-related needs, and delivering value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate onboarding, training, and development programs for employees.
 - Work closely with HR centers of excellence (e.g., Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
 
Strategic Partnership
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop people strategies that support them.
 - Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all HR-related matters.
 
Employee Relations
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues.
 - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
 - Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
 
Performance & Development
- Guide managers on performance management practices including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
 - Support the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
 
Employee engagement & Culture
- Design, implement, and monitor employee engagement programs that foster motivation, inclusion and productivity.
 
Data & Analytics
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.
 - Prepare and present HR reports to leadership.
