DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Handle daily tasks and workloads like incoming guest calls & emails and provide information about hotel services in accordance with established standards.
  • Has effective communication skills & a keen eye for details.
  • Ensure all reservations, enquiries, and special requests are accurately processed & confirmed in line with company policies.
  • Educate guests and key prospects on Ananda’s philosophy and wellness offerings while addressing their individual needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by handling complex inquiries and requests.
  • Maintains a professional and courteous approach during guest interactions.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with the Front Office, Sales, and Wellness team.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to reservations, occupancy, and revenue as needed.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of work during peak periods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat visits and cultivate new guest relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Assist guests with reservation bookings via phone and email, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in the Property Management System (PMS) & CRM.
  • Proactively follow up and engage with guests throughout their journey at Ananda to enhance their overall experience.
  • Adopts a creative approach to generate & close the business.
  • Is willing to take on challenging opportunities and shall be open to innovative ideas to work towards organization goals and targets.
  • Effective in identifying, analyzing and solving problems.
