Placement Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:The Placement Specialist – Operations will be responsible for supporting and coordinating placement activities, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment drives, maintaining data accuracy, and liaising between students, recruiters, and internal teams. The role requires strong operational, communication, and coordination skills along with excellent proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage end-to-end placement operations, including scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and result tracking.Maintain accurate databases and reports using Excel and CRM systems.Communicate effectively with corporate partners, students, and faculty to ensure seamless placement processes.Assist in planning, organizing, and executing placement drives, training sessions, and corporate events.Monitor and update placement-related records and dashboards regularly.Support in documentation, reporting, and data analysis related to placement activities.Ensure timely follow-ups with recruiters and students for drive updates and feedback.Handle multiple tasks efficiently and proactively resolve operational challenges.Desired Candidate Profile:Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).Experience: 0–5 years of experience in placement coordination, HR, operations, or related roles.Skills Required:Excellent MS Excel skills (data management, reporting, analysis).Good verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with CRM tools and data handling.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.Flexible to travel to Mathura or other locations as required.
