With over 300+ active installations across Pune and Mumbai, we provide real-time water level monitoring, flow analysis, pump/valve automation, and actionable insights—ultimately saving water, energy, and manpower.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Tech Support Engineer to join our core team and support our customers and service team from our Baner office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, learning new technologies, and making a real-world impact through IoT and automation.

Key Responsibilities


•Respond to and resolve customer support queries (via phone, WhatsApp, or ticketing system)


•Diagnose issues related to sensors, gateways, and other IoT components


•Set up and modify automation policies based on site-specific logic


•Guide field partners on how to install or configure the system


•Liaise with the service team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues


•Document learnings, faults, and resolutions for future reference


•Continuously learn and explore new tools like EasyEDA, LoRa tools, cloud dashboards, etc.

Skills & Qualifications


•Strong logical thinking and troubleshooting skills


•Basic understanding of IoT, electronics, or embedded systems preferred


•Willingness to learn new technologies and software tools


•Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)


•Diploma/BE/BSc in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or similar
