Job Description

At our esteemed organization, we seek a talented Proposal Engineer to spearhead the development of innovative water treatment solutions. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting winning proposals that meet and exceed client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in proposal engineering, with expertise in designing treatment processes for water and wastewater projects. Your exceptional technical skills, paired with excellent communication abilities, will enable you to collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders and external clients.

  • Select the most suitable treatment process (STP, ETP, WTP, RO, ZLD) based on client requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive process designs, including sizing and BOQ preparation.
  • Prepare detailed project costing, encompassing mechanical, civil, electrical, and instrumentation aspects.
  • Negotiate favorable terms with vendors and suppliers.
  • Support the sales team in delivering compelling technical presentations to clients and consultants.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental, chemical, civil, or mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 2–6 years of experience in proposal design for STP/ETP/WTP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of treatment technologies and design norms.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, ERP tools, and familiarity with costing templates.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
