We’re seeking a future team memberfor the role of Vice President, EnterpriseArchitect to join our BNY team. This role is inPune, MH –HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the followingways:
In this role, you’llmake an impact in the followingways:- 6+years of experience as Solution Architect
- Should have basic understanding in Architecturemethodologies like TOGAF
- Should haveworking knowledge of working in Architecture tools like Visio orany other EA tool
- Should have experience indelivering Architecture artifacts diagrams like BusinessArchitecture, Application Architecture and DeploymentArchitecture
- Experienced andimplemented solutions for Architecture patterns like Microservices,Event driven, REST API’s
- Ability toillicit both functional and Non-functional requirements forbusiness
- Able to provide Solutionsto address all NFR requirements like Scalability, performance,Security, Availability (HA/DR and other concepts) and Resiliency(RTO/RPO and other concepts)
- Understanding of various network protocols- HTTPS,TCP/IP etc., Authentication mechanisms like LDAP etc.
To be successfulin this role, we’re seeking thefollowing:
- Enforce various controls while ensuring investmentportfolio aligns with the overall tech and businessstrategy.
- Ensure to keep the 'Lights-On' andsupport current architectural governance commitments.
- Delivery of high-quality architectural solutions, whileensuring compliance with architectural policies.
- Need to strategize and contribute towards enterpriselevel technological initiatives on architectures, patterns andstandards.
- Perform enterprise planning anddesigning solutions for emerging business and complex technologyenvironments.
- Identify and recommend ways todrive more value out of the company's technology assets
- Drive Portfolio shaping and Shared Services adoption,aligning with key mgmt. goals
- Strongstakeholder management and people skills, and the ability to managemultiple competing priorities under pressure. You will have stronganalytical and management skills, are familiar with Agilemethodology and played an active role in scrums such as backlogrefinement, sprint planning and execution.
- Strong organization, communication, and presentationskills
- Excellent communication, both inlistening and conveying messages to a wide range of stakeholdergroups
- Strong conceptual and problem-solvingskills, with an ability to develop creative and structuredsolutions
- Ability to influence relevantparties to ensure milestones are met.
- Be ableto inspire and build momentum across a global team but you are alsoa team player, happy to roll up your sleeves whenneeded.
