About the Role 

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Team Lead to lead and grow our design team. This is a senior role for someone with hands-on experience in brand and packaging design who is ready to elevate their creative leadership journey. You’ll work directly with the Founder & Creative Director, contribute to top-level creative decisions, nurture the design team, and own the creative output across projects. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Lead the visual design direction across projects—from concept to execution 

Present concepts, moodboards, and design directions to clients confidently and clearly 

Collaborate with strategy, content, and account management to ensure cohesive storytelling and design 

Manage and mentor junior designers and interns, ensuring consistent quality and growth 

Work on key packaging and branding projects with an eye for detail, innovation, and functionality 

Provide technical inputs for print production—dielines, material behavior, color calibration, etc. 

Liaise with printers and vendors to ensure design accuracy and production feasibility 

Lead internal creative reviews, quality checks, and brainstorms 

 

What We’re Looking For 

4–5 years of professional experience in a creative/design agency environment 

Prior experience in team management and mentoring 

Strong presentation and client communication skills 

A portfolio showcasing branding, packaging design, and visual systems 

Strong understanding of print processes, materials, and vendor coordination 

Ability to conceptualise video and motion graphic briefs with the Video team 

Thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional studio environment 

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset—balancing creativity and logic
