- To manage the creative development and brand expression across all visual and narrative touchpoints, ensuring consistent and impactful communication of the brand identity aligned with strategic objectives.

- Develop executive and key corporate messages in line with organizations business communications strategy
- Responsible to support Lead Corporate Branding in planning communication campaigns that are employee facing and spear-headed by various functions (including Finance, CRO, Legal, Ethics, CSR, Global Delivery and HR) and leaders across the organization
- Manage other internal communications (which include new business wins, awards, quarterly results) and obtain necessary approvals with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with external creative agencies and internal graphic designers to develop collateral such as campaign mailers, banners posters, digital assets for digital and social media campaigns on different channels.
- Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to develop required content for communication.
- Work with the HR and other support functions to coordinate internal events and related communications
- Create brand awareness among internal stakeholders through employee outreach, multi-function co-ordination, employee engagement, newsletters, digital communications
