Job Description About Flying Elephant Designs Flying Elephant Designs is a creative strategy and design studio specializing in packaging and brand communication for D2C brands and legacy businesses. We work at the intersection of creativity, storytelling, and business goals to create design solutions that don't just look good they work. About the Role We're looking for a dynamic and driven Team Lead to lead and grow our design team. This is a senior role for someone with hands-on experience in brand and packaging design who is ready to elevate their creative leadership journey. You'll work directly with the Founder & Creative Director, contribute to top-level creative decisions, nurture the design team, and own the creative output across projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the visual design direction across projectsfrom concept to execution Present concepts, moodboards, and design directions to clients confidently and clearly Collaborate with strategy, content, and account management to ensure cohesive storytelling and design Manage and mentor junior designers and interns, ensuring consistent quality and growth Work on key packaging and branding projects with an eye for detail, innovation, and functionality Provide technical inputs for print productiondielines, material behavior, color calibration, etc. Liaise with printers and vendors to ensure design accuracy and production feasibility Lead internal creative reviews, quality checks, and brainstorms What We're Looking For 45 years of professional experience in a creative/design agency environment Prior experience in team management and mentoring Strong presentation and client communication skills A portfolio showcasing branding, packaging design, and visual systems Strong understanding of print processes, materials, and vendor coordination Ability to conceptualise video and motion graphic briefs with the Video team Thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional studio environment Proactive, solution-oriented mindsetbalancing creativity and logic Why Join Us Co-create brand identities that make it to shelves and screens across India and globally Be part of a nimble, design-led team with clear growth opportunities Work directly with the Founder, shaping the future of design strategy and leadership Creative freedom, ownership, and an open studio culture Apply Now Send the following to [Confidential Information],[HIDDEN TEXT], - CV - Portfolio link (mandatory) - Cover letter on why you're the best person for this position - Current CTC (mandatory) - Notice period (mandatory) Important: Applications without a portfolio link, current CTC, and notice periodwill not be considered.
